If your desire for self improvement and change is strong, you will not only have to ask the questions that challenge some of your long held beliefs about you or your world, but you will also have to allow in the answers that may change them. These beliefs have either come from your own personal experiences or from the instruction of others. Mainly well-meaning people, such as your parents, religious leaders, teachers, friends, and relatives have offered information to you in the best way they know how.
Everybody passes on what they believe to be the “truth” about life to others. Many of the beliefs that they passed to you may, in fact, have been necessary at the time for them and the way they were living their lives, but the may have little or no relevance or benefit to your life now. What is “right” for one person may be completely “wrong” for another.
Every day many people ask questions, but yet only a small percentage of them are ready to embrace the answers that will give them the clarity to make new choices. It is from these new choices that a new and desired reality gets created.
Change is often feared and resisted. Even if the current circumstance is filled with an immense amount of pain, you may continue to relive it day after day simply because it is the only life you know. This could be recurring relationship troubles, lack of physical care, job problems, body ailments, addictions, money issues, family tensions, or just an overall and persistent depressed, fearful or negative outlook. Until you are truly ready to live your life differently you won’t allow the necessary answers in, and you won’t take the actions that will allow you to overcome fear or overcome anxiety on the journey to lasting change.
The answers that reveal these possibilities are in front of you every single day. They show up in the situations you encounter, the people you interact with, the movies, books, and music you experience, and your moment-by-moment feelings and emotions.. And still, even with the answers all around you, you have to be ready to accept them. Are you ready now?
When you finally allow the answers into your consciousness the shift often come with a great sense of relief and well-being. When understanding occurs, it provides you with the clarity to see the pathway of actions to achieving what it is that you ultimately desire. Change starts with a change in the way you believe, feel, and act. It is always up to you, and this is what defines the essence of your free will. "It is the inner path of personal understanding that leads you to a happy, peaceful and fulfilling Reality".
